10 ways to de-stress

10 ways to de-stress


1. Start the day with 5 minutes when waking up where you.

a. Inhale and rejoice that you are able to experience another day.

b. Exhale while settling into the day.


2. Put on your favourite music.


3. Call your favourite person and have a conversation.


4. Write a love letter to your special person or special cluster of people you love!


5. Cook your favourite food.


6. Admire life at large - admire your existence and the fact that your can experience existence as a human being.


7. Sing, play a musical instrument, dance, paint, be creative. Play full.


8. Practice a sport you enjoy.


9. Go an have a massage or ask someone you trust for a massage or a foot rub.


10. Stop judging people or rejecting parts of you, you don't like. Spend time investigating your emotions until they don't bother you anymore.


The more your reject parts of yourself, whether physically or emotionally, the more you will be stressed by your experiences. Find your flow!
